    Absolutely the worse customer **********************. I purchased a home warranty with sears that I pay monthly. My range is broke and needs to be replaced. I ordered a new range and paid the difference in price. Still no range and that was a month ago. Sears keeps telling me item is not in stock but it says its in stock on website. I asked to see what is in stock and was told they cant tell. I asked to speak to supervisor, still waiting for the call. Horrible

    I placed a service call for my dryer, which is included in my warranty, the earliest appointment they had was 3 weeks out to just replace a heating element. Also, their customer portal is awful and does not work most of the time. When you try and call, the wait time is an average of 30 minutes and then when you do get a hold of someone, they don't speak English. Stay away from this.....

    I purchased a warranty for my washer/dryer and scheduled an appointment for the following week, the technician arrived stating it was a pay as you go service (not warranty), when I called Sears they informed me that the appointment would have to be scheduled for another day even though I took the day off. I wish this was the first time this has happened with Sears' warranty but it's not.....my advice is STAY AWAY FROM SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENT, they're quick to take your money but they're not reliable.
