1st dress - ordered July 24 for $369. returned Monday July 31st because dress was not the same as what was advertised. Did not receive a refund until i disputed with my bank on august 8th and received my money back on October 9th.2nd dress ordered ordered July 29th for $529 and dress sizing was not the same as measurements taken from the website. Ordered size *************************** person as size 4 US. I requested a return label on august 3rd, followed up august 5,7,16. I filed a second dispute for the second dress of $529 august 8th and was resolved on October 13, 2023.On October 13, 2023 the company without consent or knowledge charged my card for $529 and I filed a dispute on October 18.On September 14, ********************************************************************************************************* you are going to keep it? And I responded I requested a return label for the second dress on august 3rd and have not received it. I mailed the first dress on July 31st and have not been refunded. And they responded You have received it through your chargeback. Meaning through my dispute. And on September 19th they send me a label to return the second dress after my attempts of getting one on august 3. The second dress was shipped and received by them on November 7th and they are refusing to issue a refund even after they charged my credit card without my knowledge or consent.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by MackTak Mart Corp. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They are now stating they will refund me the dress amount and deduct shipping and a custom charge of $300 which they claim they were charged for the return. However, this amount was never mentioned prior in my first return that was disputed and refunded by my bank. Additionally, they have still not refunded me any amount for the returned dress and illegally recharging my card without my knowledge or consent after my bank disputed the charge.
