    Dear Better Business Bureau of ********,My name is ******************************. I reside at *****************************************************************On 3/24/2023, I hired Refrigeration Service to replace the icemaker in my ******* Refrigerato* ************** The representative technician, **** charged a $250.00 deposit on my **** credit card and informed me that they would order the part and call me to arrange an installation date.I did not receive the call for the installation or icemaker and the repair was never completed. I called Refrigeration Service on four separate occasions during the following month to determine the status of my order. During each of my four calls I was told that the icemaker was on order and I would receive a call when it became available.On Friday 4/28/2023, over a month since I paid for the icemaker, I received a call from ***** in the billing department concerning my "heater." I corrected ***** and informed her that I had ordered an icemaker, not a heater. ***** put me on hold and returned to the phone to say that that the icemaker for my refrigerator was no longer available and the repair could not be completed.I requested a refund of my $250.00 deposit be returned to my credit card immediately.Today 5/1/2023 I was able to easily find a replacement icemaker online at the website of Easyapplianceparts.com. I ordered the icemaker and it will be delivered to me in 5-7 days.To date, my $250 deposit has not been returned to my credit card.Please assist me with the return of my deposit from Refrigeration Service, *** *** *** ******* *****, ** *****.************** and *************.Many thanks in advance for your attention to this matter,****************************** ************************************************************* ****************** **************
