      I was charged numerous times for goods and services I did not seek or receive.

      I booked one appointment online and had to pre pay to keep the appointment. When my Girlfriend showed up for the appointment, no one was there and when I messaged the owner, she was home sick and never told me. She then refunded me the charge. Following that original transaction, her business withdrew a sum of $5000 over a series of withdrawals when I received notice that my credit card was then maxed out.

      This woman Amanda (owner of AR Autoworks) is denying these accusations to my credit card company (******* ***) stating services were received, therefore ******* *** is trying to hold me responsible.

      I have never received any service from AR Autoworks LLC and would like to be refunded all that is owed to me and justice to be served to them for stealing funds from me.

      BBB spoke to Amanda at the business and the following was relayed: I have a new office manager who mistakenly used his saved credit card number for our business orders. There was $5,000 worth of charges to his card that square and his credit card company are working together to make sure all the money is accounted for and returned. Currently, $3,200 has been returned and the remaining $1,800 is pending under bank review. We are going to make sure the customer is made whole, including any interest or fees associated with this if they arise.
