    I am not happy to have to leave this review but I feel that it is necessary.
    I, along with my daughter, were very pleased customers with this company for 6 yrs. I ordered the same product for my daughter and I, and the product was consistent with every order.
    I placed an order in Oct 2023. The order arrived in Nov and the product that I received was not the same scent as previous orders. I reached out with 2 emails & I left a voice message with no reply. I managed to find another email address, sent an email and finally got a response in Dec.
    The response was from Chad, the owner. I stated that I had sent emails regarding my order and he stated that the emails did not go through. I told him that I left a message & he said they may have missed my message. I stated in the email that there was something wrong with the scent of the 2 bottles of lotion. A very undesirable chemical scent. Chad replied saying that he would make two new bottles. I never received the new bottles.
    I reached out to Chad 4 times between Jan '24 & March with no response. I left another voice message with no response.
    On March 6th, 2024, I received an email (from the email address that I was told my emails didn't go through) on the status of my Oct order as refunded. No reason why I was refunded. No reason as to why Chad didn't follow through with making 2 new bottles.
    I sent another email asking why I was refunded. No reply. I left a voice message and received no reply.
    My daughter & I were very happy with the product over the last 6 yrs. I don't understand what or why this happened.
    As someone who was a customer for so many years and as someone who is self employed & believes in supporting local small businesses, I find this lack of customer service so unacceptable.
    Lastly, my daughter did notice that the ingredients on an old bottle were different from the new bottles. Is that the problem? I do not know.
