    On April 21, 2023 I brought in my laptop to have its screen fixed. I was told it would take a week for the business to receive a new screen by mail and that they would fix my computer as soon as the screen arrived. After two weeks of not receiving an update I called and was told the screen had not arrived. I was assured it would arrive soon and that my computer would be fixed promptly. Again I waited for an update in my computer over the next couple weeks but did not receive one. I physical went into the store for an update and was then told that they have received the new screen but have not begun working on fixing my computer. I was told they would begin working on my computer and have it fixed soon. A couple weeks go by I still have not received any update on my computer. I went into the store again and was assured they would have the computer fixed and I would receive a phone call before the store closed that day. I did not receive any phone call. I went into the store the next day to find out if the computer as fixed and was again told it was not fixed. I asked the associate if I could have my computer back and receive a refund. The associate went to the back room to call the manager to ask if this was possible. The associate then told me they could give me my computer and a refund but not then because the manager was not in and they had to be the ones to issue the reimbursement. I was informed the manager would be in the next day but he was not. I went in the day after and the manager was working. I was given my computer back and was told that a refund was being processed. The manager informed me it would take **** business days and an invoice as sent to my email. After about 5 days I still did not receive the refund. I was told to wait a little longer but it still never processed. I went in again on August 15, 2023. I spoke with the associate who took my name and phone number. She said I would receive a phone call in the next couple hours but I did not.

    g so on 4/5 I went to ******* my carrier and where I purchased my phone. I was told that I voided the warranty because I took it to an unauthorized dealer. He also pointed out that the glass was protruding from the frame and made it bend. I wrote a scathing review because I was upset but went back to the business on 4/11 at 11:30 AM to see if I could get a refund. He said to take the review off and then he would look at my phone. He said I should give him another chance to try and fix it. He said he would call when done. I went back at 3:30 because he never called. He said the area where the blue tooth was needed to be re-soldered. He said he would send my phone out to the factory to have them do it. At this point I was fed up with his lies and told him no. my phone started off when things weren't connecting and now after this last attempt at fixing My blue tooth is not working and when I take pictures or try charging it the phone gets dangerously hot and I have to try charging in step.

    On 9/28/2022 I paid ifixscreens in Commack, NY $433.41 to repair my MacBook laptop screen. Owner of the business, *****, confirmed he was able to fix this screen. Called ifixscreens 2 times between 9/28 and 10/25 to get an update on my laptop. I was told both times they didn't have an update for me. On 10/25, I went to ifixscreens to get an update. I was told they had no update and to wait for a call from Tolga. On 11/3, I called Tolga and he said my laptop would be repaired and ready for pick up on Saturday, 11/5.On 11/5, I went into ifixscreens and ***** said the laptop was not ready and to come back tomorrow. Said he would call me.On 11/6, I call Tolga. He tells me the laptop is not ready and to come in tomorrow, 11/7. On 11/7, I arrive at ifixscreens and my laptop is more broken than when I dropped it off at the store. There is a piece missing at the bottom screen of the laptop. The screen is not the same material it was before, rather, its cheaper. The screen is lifting off the laptop. ***** says he will repair these issues for no charge and promises that itll be ready by Sunday 11/12. I told him I do not want to pay full price for this repair. I asked for a refund, since he evidently cannot fix it entirely and also caused more damage. He did not give me a refund. 11/12, I go into ifixscreens with my boyfriend as witness. Tolga is not there, nor is my laptop that he promised would be finished by today. The other worker there calls *****, he says the laptop is in his warehouse I say Ill come pick it up from there. He denies. I explained I just wanted my property, do not repair anymore. ***** tells me to come on Tuesday, 11/15.11/15, I arrive at 2 and ***** says its not ready. He says another 2 hours and if there is anything wrong on the laptop he will give me a full refund. I arrive 2 hours later, the screen on the laptop is not fully repaired, there are several scratches on my laptop (not there before) and I expressed my anger PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS
