      We have been leasing business machines with CARR Business Systems for decades. Last year, our 3 year lease for a copier and printer were coming due and we were contacted by a sales rep, who sold us a new lease. As has always been the case, we were advised that **** would pickup the old equipment, drop off the new and facilitate the entire lease return. Just after signing the new lease, we received a letter regarding the old lease from ***** Fargo. The letter stated that the old lease would be ending soon and will automatically renew if we don't discontinue it. We sent the letter to our rep and he responded that we have nothing to worry about and **** would take care of everything.Fast-forward and we just realized that ***** ***** continues to withdraw from our bank for the old lease monthly, and they are requesting proof of the return of the machine (bill of lading). We have been alerting the sales management side and the logistics side, who arranged for the pickup and nobody cares. We are paying for 2 leases and we are a small business 100% owned by me. So far they have taken $1,797.75 erroneously. I just put a stop payment in place, but this will likely lead to ***** ***** reporting us to credit agencies. I am getting absolutely nowhere and this could impact our company credit rating as well as mine and this money is illegitimately being withdrawn. Please help!

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Carr Business Machines Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I have been assured by a senior sales manager that this should be resolved soon.  There will be a two part resolution.

      1)  **** needs to pay off the old lease to ***** ***** (who is still billing ** for the lease that should have been closed in October)

      2)  Then they need to get with their own finance department to make us whole to the tune of about $1,800

      I am cautiously optimistic because someone in a senior position appears to have taken ownership of the problem.

      I have been trying to get in touch with this company in order to cancel the account for months now and no one returns my call from the company after multiple attempts. They keep sending bills every month. They have not sent me any supplies for months and I keep paying them monthly. I really need to cancel my account and if someone can help me with this matter. This company should not be in business as they never return phone calls and no one answers the phone when we call their company
