Ive called three times and left voicemails and emailed about four. No reply! Our order was mis-delivered and we are moving very soon so asked for a full refund. But with our messages being ignored, Im not sure she to do but report to my bank and bbb. I was not clear on the high shipping fee and thought it was lower. We do not wane a reshipment. I spoke to the shipping company and they told me that the seller needs to file a claim and either refund or replace. They said to dispute with bank as last resort Photo shown in picture is not our place. We live in a hoa and many homes and mats and colors are the same. I saw no house number. I placed my order on February 13, 2025, and I have not received any updates on the status of shipment. The manufacturer has discontinued the item that I ordered. I sent a request for refund, and I was ignored. I sent 2 additional requests on the company website, and I was ignored. The total that I paid was $219.75 for 7 cases of Stash Tea.Customer Answer

I placed an order with this company on Sept. First. I was sent a confirmation of the order and it said that the orders are placed within 3 business days. It is now 9/11/24 and I still have not received any shipping information on this order. I reached out to the company and they said to give it a couple more days which I did and still nothing. They charged my credit card before the order was fulfilled and now they are not responding to any emails letting me know about my order. On 29 June 2024 I placed an order for (8) ************************ Pineapples. The fruit and shipping together totaled $199.09.On 1 July 2024 I received notice that my order had shipped via *** (tracking number provided within additional fields).After several days it was evident that the package was not going to be delivered, let alone delivered in time for the fruit to still be good.On 13 July I contacted BoxNCase with my order and shipping details and requested a refund.There was no response.On 17 July I forwarded the 13 July email and requested a response.There was no response.On 6 August I forwarded the email chain again, and again requested a refund. I informed them that I would be contacting the BBB and possibly taking additional steps.There was no response.Upon reviewed the updated *** tracking info, the item was listed as delivered on 19 July. It was not received.Two minutes after the supposed delivery was logged on 19 July, the following was entered into the *** tracking log:The package has been damaged. All merchandise has been discarded and the sender will be notified.This was a perishable product and I paid $149.09 in shipping fees to ensure its timely delivery. BoxNCase failed to fulfill. BoxNCase also failed to respond to a single email regarding my order.Customer Answer

We paid for a case of ******* on 7/9/24. They never delivered the product. On 7/30/24 they claimed it woukd be shipped out the following week. It still has not been received. They advertised misleading products. They advertised 5 cobalt gum and show a picture of a case of gum with 6 packs to a cube, 35 sticks in each pack. I ordered 48 cubes which would give me 288 individual packs of gum. Instead they sent me only 6 cubes which only gives me 36 packs of gum for a total of ****** plus ***** for shipping. That is $10.58 per pack of gum wholesale. Who the heck pays that amount of money for one pack of gum for 35 sticks. I sent them an email asking to send the entire order back and refund my money. Nothing was opened other than box it was packaged in. No answer.Customer Answer

May 1: ordered from website, and triple-checked the quantity, ************* of the item & ensured it was also in stock. I also was required to pay $23 for shipping. (This wasnt expedited shipping. Just their standard price.)May 7: Received the shipment. The box had 9 packages of the product instead of 108 as I purchased. The weight was obviously far less than 108 packages.May 8: Sent email & explained the issue. January 16, 2024 - placed order with BoxNCase for $284.50 for an item that appeared in stock February 1, 2024 - contacted my credit card company to dispute charge when I learned false advertising and they didn't have the item portrayed in stock on their website; my credit card company issued conditional credit February 4, 2024 - Received email from BoxNCase that order #**** has been cancelled and refund of payment is processing March 8, 2024 - BoxNcase has disputed with my credit card company and my card company and reversed the credit April 1, 2024 - Left Voicemail for BoxNCase customer service April 1, 2024 - Sent email to BoxNCase customer service; response was that my credit card company owed me the money; I asked for proof of where BoxNCase sent funds to my card company April 2, 2024 - Emailed copy of my card statement to BoxNCase showing proof of being charged back to me and again asked for proof of the credit they issued to my bank April 2, 2024 - Left Voicemail for BoxNCase customer service As of today - April 3, 2024 - BoxNCase is completely unresponsive; no one has returned my call and no one has responded to my emails.I need assistance is getting my refund and want to make others aware of the issues with this company.Initial Complaint

I have requested they cancel the subscription for Dentyne Gum. They have ignored my request and what occurs is that they send me notification of an order, and the money is charged. I then have to cancel that order and request a refundwhich they do. My issue is that they appear to refuse the subscription cancellation and as a result it becomes a constant cancel and refund order problem. I want the subscription canceled so that no other orders get processed. I have requested this 5 times and no response . Can you help me ?Customer Answer

Date of transaction: 12/6/23 Amount paid: $164.62 Business committed to: timely delivery (website claimed up to 2 ****** ********** of goods Nature of dispute: business took payment on 12/6 and never delivered services. I contacted them repeatedly & would be told goods were shipping imminently/soon, but these were all misleading - the items never shipped (I'm writing this on 1/23/24 - 1.5months after initial purchase). Business is misleading in their advertising (on their website) and in their communications with me. It is not acceptable to do this - less so when you take someone's hard-earned money for 1.5 months and fail to deliver the expected services.ORDER #: ****
