I dropped off a 100 lbs of laundry to be done and gave them three days. The woman at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and lazy from the start. She has this false sweetness as long as you do not make her do any work. When I went to pick up my laundry, she made a nasty comment about how it took me three days to get there and another inappropriate comment about how much the laundry cost. Thats right, she attempted to make a customer uncomfortable for spending 130$ on laundry which her business profits from. On top of this she was having a conversation with another customer who was actually extremely kind and helpful (Despite it not being his job to help me he did anyway while the worker sat there and watched and found nothing) But I still held my tounge. She then makes me find more of my own laundry (this has never happened to me before; it is the whole point of the ticket system in the first place so that when someone comes to pick up the laundry, they can easily locate it). I said fine okay I will look for it (as if I am her employee or something). It is a disaster area in there, you cannot find anything with laundry scattered everywhere on the floor. After finding 2 of the bags and some shirts I went to her and said "are you sure that is all my laundry?" To which she said yes that's everything. To which the helpful customer chatting with her said "lets check the weight of the tickets." We checked the weight, and she SHORTED ME ***************************************** leave without half of my wardrobe. Again, I held my tounge. I didnt want to make a scene. The helpful customer left and then she says to me "before I can ring you up, I have to call my coworker to confirm this is your laundry." To which I stood up for myself, let her know how rude she was, and sternly told her to ring me up and then left. What an absolute nightmare. Do not do your laundry here. Also, the place is dirty. Looks like a breeding ground for cockroaches.
