      this started on 9/9/23, 9/10/23 and 9/11/23. they were supposed to find where i was losing pressure on my water system in a reasonable amount of time instead of milking the job. we paid 2,249.89 and the owner was threating and harassing about settling the bill to a reasonable amount even after i told him about braking some of my parts, saoking my backroom and taking my tools without permission. below we have uploaded in detail the things that went on those three days plus the bill and the recipt we paid them to get them off our backs.

      ****** ******* called for our service department to fix his water during non-regular business hours, for a job requiring multiple people to complete.  Upon observation it was determined there was an issue with his well and the pump had to be pulled to be replaced.  ****** was given the option to wait until regular business hours to have a team come out and perform the work as he had limited funds to pay for the service.  The servicemen waited unit Monday, pushing off already scheduled jobs as he was still out of water and in need of our services.  ****** was given discounts on parts, and a third tech was not charged their time, as was not charged the time the techs were paid for their overtime on Saturday with initial investigation.  The techs worked in a very timely manner to expedite the process in an attempt to go above and beyond helping ******.  ****** was dissatisfied after our timely response and multiple concessions to help keep his bill as low as possible.  ****** made many unkind and accusatory remarks in regards to the hard work performed in a timely manner and the way we see it did him many favors, that ultimately and unfortunately went unrecognized.  In regards to water on the floor and the so called mess made, this was a well pump replacement that unavoidably requires working with running water.  A tech also arrived on scene to do some dirt work, that ****** again wasn't charged for.  ****** is very unappreciative of the hard work, prompt service to reinstate his water, and again we went above and beyond and saved him hundreds of dollars as a act of good faith due to his unfortunate financial situation.

       i donot agree to the responce from the company because one he used my dads name ****** who has been died for three years now.  that shows how much he pays attention who is rquesting  repairs. secondly  i called about having low pressure not no water big difference. if  these guys worked hard they would of got done in two hours or less instead of 7.5 hours. also they would of fixed  on the weekend when they were first called which in the business  you pay for the first service call and if you call for the same problem  next service calls are free.  third they put parts in that they broke and were not needed. fourth one guy said  the owner of the house they are working on is not there so they can milk the job for more hours.  fifth  most people have a tarp down when priming the pump so you donot soak a persons house.its called respect. if bruce hall has any decent manners like in the past  they would do the right thing and refund me the money that is overcharged.  sincerely yours ****** *******

      by using my fathers name shows you donot know who you are working for or what the job was. you are taking the word of your employees who of course are going to tell you what  you want to hear.  im not the only person your company has milked for extra money .  when  i helped my father build a house or repair we did the fair and right way.   i have know need to lie.  really for a foot leak in a pipe by the well it took two guys 7.5 hours to find which should of been found in two hours or less. you know the truth, god knows you are lieing. do the right thing refund me  the overcharging you did.
