    I Hired Iacono Home Improvements October of 2020 for a complete gut renovation of the both interior and exterior of my home . The job was completed in August of 2021. I wanted to file a complaint before this date but I honestly was worried to do so based on my experience dealing with the owner **************************************I have decided to move forward because the situation ******* has put me in leaves me with no other choice.After Hiring ******* we realized that his crew that preformed electrical plumbing roofing HVAC and other integral core work to rebuild our home were all the same guys not were licensed professionals . After completing the job we were faced with exorbitant issues with roofing , plumbing , electrical, HVAC, flooding due to driveway apron installed 2 inches below property grade improper sprinkler installation. After multiple attempts from Iacono Home Improvements to fix the issues there was no resolve due to the incompetence of ******* and his crew So we were left with no other option but to hire other contractors to address each issue. The issues continued to reveal itself as recently as a week ago when we had to again address interior and exterior leaks from a improperly installed split unit HVAC system that was diagnosed as faulty install and again were forced to seek out a professional HVAC company to do the repairs.After several several attempts to contact ******* via email, phone calls to both his business cell phone and office phone ******* has not made any attempt to respond.In my opinion is work is negligent and dangerous and has cost me thousands upon thousands out of pocket dollars to repair . I'm looking to have ******* Iacono be responsible for this hardship he has put me in and pay for the repairs of his original faulty work .I have receipts and documents to support my complaint which Im happy to provide to you . Being that its over the " 1 Year " time frame please let me know my status with contacting BBB for this matter
