    I hired this business to clean the gutters on my 2 story home. A week later i noticed during a rain that the gutters are still plugged. I also now notice some small trees or weeds growing from the gutters. It is quite obvious the job was not done correctly. I contacted this business and explained the problem. The business told me that i watched them do the job and if they come back to look at the problem i would be charged again. This is unacceptable. The job was not done and i want my money back.

    Hello ***** my name is Brittany and i am the majority owner of SteadyKennyServicesLLC. We are submitting a full refund through certified mail. In response to your complaint to get a better understanding of my records and gps data, it shows we were there on June 13th from 8:30 am till 9:30 am. Also noted in my account while we cleaned your gutters we also provided a courtesy trim of your overhanging branches that were laying in your gutters. You stated one week later you noticed an issue? I am confused as to why you did not reach out sooner and waited 15 days to file a complaint. It is also in my records that during the initial phone call there were abusive exchanges from you towards my technician. I will note that behavior upon my staff is never tolerated. While my records and your experience have conflicting data i am still submitting a full refund and i wish you the best with future buisinesses.
