    I paid $75 to camp for one night at a very basic campground and was promised a quiet site and four hours in a huge party started that’s going until 1015. I asked for my money back so I could go home and sleep well and was told I’d been here too long/used amenities. What, Setting up my camp? I’d like this business and others to be aware of their misleading practices - extremely high price for poor product.

    Good Morning, 

    The guest who is submitting this compliant is referring to a DJ that was performing in our near by pavilion. This was disclosed at the time of check in and advertised as a community event. Our quiet hours are posted and run from 11:00pm to 8:00am which is substantiated by the guests complaint that the music stopped at 10:15 pm. All of this is disclosed at the time of check in and prior to the guests arrival via our email system. The guest in question did contact our after hours line to make a complaint about the noise to which they were informed of the above. Her family is also an annual guest here at the resort so the inner workings of the park are well known to this guest, in addition we offered this guest a more secluded location in the park upon check in but the guest did not want to be that close to their family members and chose to be where she stayed. Proof of quiet hours and rules are located on our website and a copy of the map that is presented to all guests is available upon request.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I asked for a quiet spot and they put me next to a party pavilion.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
