    I celled Klopps ans explained the issue with my 2016 **** ****** they told me they could do the job. I paid **** tow services and had the vehicle towed to their repair shop on August 21,2024 told me they could do the work. Made several calls to them over the period they had car and was told they haven't had time yet. Finally on 9/29/24 warranty claim was filed by klopps. Oct 4th claim was approved and Joe from klopps called me told me our out of pocket cost was 786ish and that car would be done the following week. Friday 10/18/24 still no car I stopped in and was told they were starting it abd wiukd be done by tuesay 10/22 my mom (*********) called them and was told they were hoping to start it the next week. He was backed up. I told they they told me 2 weeks ago it would be done. Monday 10/21/24 Joe called me and told me car was done they had to drive it and clear the codes and that the inspection expired so they did that as well and the new price was $997. They had this vehicle for 7 weeks for am 18 hour job. With the only explanation of we got backed up and im the only one who can do this work! PLUS the only communication was when I called them to check the status of work.

    Received a call from the business and spoke with Dan and this was relayed:We advised the consumer of the appx. time that it would take to do the repair when she brought it in.  We had to get authorization from the warranty company, which also took a couple of days.Once we made the repairs it would not run with putting in a thermostat and giving the vehicle an inspection, however, the consumer should have been called before doing so.  We thought we were doing the consumer a favor by having everything fixed in order for them to drive the vehicle.

    Truck has been in and out of shop five times in 6 months . Reoccurring issue ( fuel delivery) buying unneeded parts every time . Have been givin no feedback , just a I’ll running truck upon pickup each time . Have exhausted my triple a towing vehicle three times they covered one .

    Received a call from the business and this was relayed:Without claiming liability, as a goodwill gesture, we are willing to offer to repair the vehicle to get up and running.  However, we will not warranty the repair once completed.  We will also pick up the vehicle for this repair at no charge to the customer.
