      Purchased a pool on 1/20/21 put ***** dollars down. Have been very lenient on time because of covid and shortage issues. I have gave them opportunity to send me the pool I ordered. **** the owner said ok a couple times and would have it in 4 to 6 weeks. I requested my money back cause they have lied about sending the pool. If you call them today as a new customer they say yes we have the pool pay a deposit and they will have it in 4 to 6 weeks.

      I ordered a pool online on 4/13/22 from the pool store and more. They told me 5 weeks *** to be delivered, I didn't reveive it till Mid June of 2022. When received the shipment, I was made to believe everything was included. However, it wasn't, when I had the installer come, he opened the boxes only to see that the liner, filter and pump wasn't delivered(still in June). I then called this company and inquired on delivery. I was told a week or 2 out. This was in June of 2022. It is now September of 2022 and i still don't have these items. Everytime i call they say we are backed up, give it another week. So in late August of 2022 I finally got in touch with the manager (****) on the phone and I asked for a refund over the phone and sent an email as well after he said to and gave me his email, asking for a refund. The manager **** replied via email and said received will call me on Monday. I never received a call, but I received a txt saying it will be shipped out early the following week. 2 weeks have now passed and i still haven't received my items or refund. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, unbelievable that this process has taken 5 months this far and I see no end in site. I have been patient, respectful and tolerate of this incompetence. Now it's time i report Pool Store and More.

      I purchased a 8x8 connect-a-deck in March 2022 at an agreed price of $1,999.00 plus tax along with free delivery as stated on the website. **** and **** sent me a link to send my funds to their office. **** said I would need another link sent every time I sent money. In March 2022, I sent a payment of $600, April 2022 I sent $1,300 after another link was sent to me. Meanwhile, $600 was being withdrawn from my account monthly. I finally noticed it in July. I contacted **** about the $2,180.00 over charge. He said he would send a check out the next day. He knew exactly the amount I was overcharged. Well, a week later no check. My husband and I called many, many times: no answer and no call back and a month later no refund. My husband built the deck hisself and worked hard on it, we want our money that was fraudulently withdrawn from my bank account. Oh and **** tried to make me feel bad for as he said hitting the automatic withdraw button. No, not when a link has to be sent for a payment!

      I purchased a pool from ******************************* in April of 2021. After months and months of waiting and being given the run-around, we never received our pool. ******* agreed to refund our money in November of 2021 and said our money would be returned in 10 business days. As of August 13, 2022, we have not received our refund.

      On April 8, 2022 I order an inground fiberglass pool from pool store and more. They promised to have the pool delivered and installed by July 1, 2022. I spoke with their rep. on numerous occasion which I have logged and he assured me that everything was fine and I was sure to have my pool installed by the said date. Needless to say, I sent the $5000 deposit they asked and as of July 2022 all communication have been cut off. No word other that they had 20 pools delivered to their port. At this point, I don't trust this company and reading the other similar complaints on BBB confirms my suspicion.

      I paid a ********* deposit on a Spiazzo **** for a total bill of *********. The pool was to be ready for delivery on 7-15-22. I started calling ****, the salesman, around 7-5-22 to get an update on the exact date so I could make arrangements for cranes, contractors, etc. I finally got a call back on 7-20-22 from ****, after leaving numerous messages, saying that my pool was ready for delivery as soon as I paid the balance. I told **** that I am uncomfortable paying the balance in full especially since I have already given him ********* and he has not been very forthcoming with me. So I asked **** to have ****, the Owner, call me so we could work out something where I am comfortable and **** can be ensured that he will be paid the balance as well. Since the 20th I have gotten 2 calls both from **** and both times he said that he was waiting for **** to call him back! Today is 8-2-22 and nothing back not even a call! My pool was designed to be raised above the ground by 2 ft. I have already spent over a month and at least $60,000.00 preparing my site to receive this pool! I have ordered and received the automatic cover that we specially made for this pool almost $12,000.00.These guys are crooks! Please stop these guys before they do this again to others!
