    ID PREFER NO STARS. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I've been waiting three weeks for a. replacement net and pad and they keep telling me it's being prepared for shipping and yet I still have not received it. Today I got a refund for part of my order. I was not advised. that this item was not in stock they simply refunded part of the order. I plan on filing a fraud claim with my credit card. They are liars and have no customer service or communication. As I was typing this my package arrived. The pad was torn/damaged so needs to be returned and the net is missing the frame.
