    They show beautiful reupholstering in their store, and have a well-informed salesperson. The cost estimate for reupholstering an ottoman in leather was reasonable - about $700. When they came to pick up the ottoman the invoice had increased to about $900. Although I was surprised by the increase, I gave a deposit of $400. A few days later, (maybe after my check cleared?) I got an invoice via email for $1900 - they had added the cost of the leather material, at about $1000. Up until then they had not mentioned that the materials would be an additional charge or how it would be priced. This seems like a bait and switch to me. The salesperson and Oscar - who picked up my ottoman and had me sign the invoice - both knew we had agreed on a material type, but had not mentioned that it would be an additional cost, and didn't mention the cost to me till they had my ottoman and $400. Then they claimed they'd ordered the materials. It feels like blackmail. Who knows what condition the ottoman will be in when I get it back.
