      Thursdays afternoon my car was illegally towed, my vehicle did not have no issues and up to date. I reported it stolen. After calling 311 and calling car max to make sure my car was in good standard, I walked to the police station on 148th and ******** ******** in *********, I was told my car was taken by the department of sanitation. Then I was told it was taken by the 5th precinct with no explanation. The lady informing me that they took 21 cars the day before. I was told I left my car abandoned and that was the reason. My car was never abandoned. I arrive at I tow towing company in ***********, i was being charged $700 for expenses that was never explained to me. I asked why and I didnt get an explanation. I was told Ill get a receipt after i pay. He said I can pay $500. I paid the $500 and wasnt given a receipt still. I paid and then called the police. The man said the owner left and took 25 minutes to creat a receipt from online lying about the details of why I paid so much . The owner told me that the 5th precinct called them to tow my car off the street with no explanation. I was told 3 different excuses. I moved my car, registration and abandoned. Then I was told my plates was taken and it wasnt. If you look closely to the details on the document attached I was charge $250 for 1 mile and I was charged $250 for holding my car.

      This company towed my vehicle. They gave me a hard time without helping me at all and wasted 2 working days. They asked me to pay in cash, I made the payment and no documentation regarding your payment is provided unless you request it. When I received my car, I saw that my rear bumper was damaged, the employer and his staff did not help me in any way, did not care about me, even used rude expressions and did not care at all. I felt very in danger. I called the police and when the police arrived the officer said I should report this company to BBB department. They are constantly arguing with people in a very amateurish system, and according to the people who came, there were even people who said that they made extra funds for services (tow out) that were not provided. Everyone who comes gets into an argument because of their attitude and their love of making easy money. Currently, the rear left bumper of my vehicle is damaged because of this company and I paid money to them. They both took my money and left my vehicle damaged. I request you to please help me urgently. They are definitely using improper procedures and acting against human morality.

      On 12/28/23 my vehicle was involved in a high pursuit chase involving the ***** My vehicle was stopped at a red light when a extra large box truck was being pursued by nine NYPD police vehicles. The box truck struck my vehicle and dragged the car 30 feet, followed by nine police vehicles. After accident I TOW TOWING towed my car from Staten Island, ******** and charged my insurance company $3,489.94 when they are only allowed to charge $25.00 per day for a total of five (5) days. Also there were 41 other vehicles involved but i am only concerned with mine. I find it ridiculous that this be allowed, hence the complaint. Attached please find the date we returned the plates which is the same date we picked the car up from I TOW TOWING....not sure why the receipt is dated January 8, ****? They are now charging my ***************** (Allstate Claim No.: **********) in which they only cover $1,000.00 for towing and storage.
