    I purchased an external hard drive from ** ***** *** ***** on November 16th 2022. It is a **** system which I purchased to consolidate all my media. I am a video editor and I wanted all my video and media available in one place. The drive would never stay mounted on my computer. I tried on different computers and had the same issue. I finally returned the drive to Glyph Tech (per ** ***** *** *****s recommendation) for repair or replacement. I had to pay for shipping which was about 75 dollars to ship to New York from California. For months it was the same story. "We are working on your drive and it will be shipped on Friday..." This went on and on with different techs, until finally the drive was sent back. The "repaired" drive still won't stay mounted on my computer. We are 10 months from when I purchased the drive, and I think they are just delaying the process so that the year warranty is up. I need to purchase a device that works, and I won't until this problem is resolved. Please help! Thank you, **** ****

    Hello, I have attached our internal communications with the person that filed the complaint. The shortened communication string is from Sept 19, 2023 thru October 4, 2023.
