      I purchased a monument for my husband's gravesite back in August 2022 and there is still no headstone at the site. I had to beg for updates during the last 6 months which was multiple calls to the business to check on updates. Many times I had to call back again due to not hearing from them within the next couple days. When I would recieve calls back, they were rude. This last month I have called and left multiple voice-mails and have not heard anything back from them. This stone monument is over 10,000 and my husband passed over 16 months ago and I still do not have a stone and have no idea where the monument is or when to expect it.

      At ti.e of purchase the customer was told it was an import from India and the time frame to receive the product was 6 months minimum. Then the desired lettering and engraving which seemed to be ever-changing had to be done  The manufacturer had issues and the orginal monument had to be reordered, which was no fault of ours, the family and especially her son has been in constant contact with us and in fact he called the manufacturer himself, which we were happy to give him the number and got an update from them directly.  Why she has done this is especially disturbing considering her son has known the situation and also knows we have finally received the monument on 8/17. It did have a scheduled date to be installed, but that will now be on hold ,waiting on payment.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have told him MANY TIMES that he is not to give any information to my son. We do not communicate. I have no idea what is going on with the stone because he does not relay any information. I am the one paying for the stone so I should be the one to get the information from this business. This is so disturbing that I cannot get information on the stone I PAYED half for, he did not. There is also a picture I do not like that I stopped down and reviewed a while ago and told one of the employees there that I do not like it and wanted a call back on how to fix it. I was never told that the stone had to be reordered because I have not received any information. I was also suppose to give the okay on the placement and writing of the etching on the headstone before he actually even did it. You don't think I would have paid for the rest of my stone if I KNEW that it was done. If it was supposedly done, you think I would have receieved a phone call so that i could pay for the other half. I haven't had any information in over a month and the last thing I was told it was getting the picture etched on it from a different company. Again, he communicates with my son, whom doesn't talk to me, he is supposedly getting all of this information when he is not the one who is paying for it. Once again still haven't received a phone call. So all of this information has been new to me.  Just because my son delivers to him doesn't mean that you can give him information. This is not okay. It is disturbing that you think you can run a business like this. It is also unbelievable that I have had to go through all of this after losing my husband.  Regards,  *** ******
