    We bought 2 trees to be installed on our property. We kept calling D & L as the tree in the front isn’t growing properly. My husband told him when it was installed that tree looked wrong in that branches were not looking right. We have called numerous times but we are just told “he forgot” or “”I’ll be there soon. I haven’t forgot”. But he is still a no show snd the tree looks ridiculous & half dead in the front of our house.

    Received call from the business (Luis) who stated that he simply forgot to get back with the consumer.  I totally understand the consumer's frustration due to the fact I went to go look at the tree and no one was home at the time and I did not  advise the consumer.   It does need to be pruned and or replaced.  If I was to replace it right now, it would look like I didn't do anything due to all the leaves being gone.  It's that time of the year when the plant does this.   However, the problem is that it is past the time to do so.  I have no problem with coming back at the being of Spring and replace the tree.  Please advise the consumer that they may reach out to me to confirm this.
