    My spouse scheduled a service work order to have rear brake pads replaced on our vehicle. The vehicle was returned with an incorrect replacement and the front brake pads were replaced instead. I made attempts to contact the service department to explain the error and was gaslighted into believing the front pads needed replacement and not the rear pads by hearsay of a technician.

    i offered to put the brakes back on and not charge him anything . he said no he would pay . we replaced what was on the signed work order that said replace ft brakes . And the customer signed the work order .

    I purchased and extended warranty when I purchased my truck 11/19 the extended contract was supposed to be the length of the loan for 72 months which it states on the contract. No something is wrong with the *********** contacted them and they advised the the warranty expired last month being 36months . They sated that they changed the **** with out advising me in writing or contacting me of the change. Never sent me a check for the difference in the money for the lesser contract or willing because of the issue on their side to work out the repairs on the truck.

    Their Service manager told me over the phone that the BBB wouldn't do anything for me because he seen the complaint and they don't care and it's not the first complaint they have had. and If they don't care then it should be sent the the owner or the president of the corp.

    I dont think its right at the time I purchased my truck I purchased a 72 month extended maintenance warranty and they changed it without advising me by calling it writing to a ************************************************************************************* to pay the high amount of labor for the repairs when under the warranty I should only have been responsible for a ****** deductible. I will be willing to pay up to ****** for the repairs but still feel it not right.
