Tl:dr -Avoid this business. Unprofessional and poor quality of service and interaction. We had booked them for a septic inspection Monday at the sellers house at the rec. of the house inspector (whom we thought did good work) the two workers arrived 45 minutes late. While waiting on the second story porch we saw a truck with a missing front bumper come up the driveway then back down leaving a trail of oil. The seller was pretty upset by this. The truck never came back up and only one man ended up coming up with a shovel. Neither inspector ever introduced themselves. The man who came up spoke little English. The seller knows Spanish well, so I was unable to really speak to the man about his inspection. My husband had texted ***** the owner, beforehand about what an inspection would entail. He said it was 2-4 hours and would include tests, cameras, ect. The man brought no camera up and had inspected both septic tanks for maybe ***** minutes while only speaking to the seller. After he was done he went back and I went down to the truck to pay. I find the other worker who had not seen, touched, or even attempt to go up to the septic tanks filling out the report. He said he didn't like the seller and he refused to go up. He chose to let his own personal beef interfere with the inspection. He spoke with my brother in law for a bit and signed off on the report that was basically invalid since he had not done any work. I messaged ************* day to tell him I was upset with the service and professionalism. He offered to come back to do another inspection but the seller doesn't want to deal with the them and we are out $700 for a report that was rushed and both I and the Seller know is invalid. **** told me he could not help me then proceeded to call me back twice to try to refute my story. He claims the company has done nothing wrong. Not only did I get ignored as the buyer by the unprofessional inspectors, but **** was defensive and not interested in making it right.
