    9/15/22 ********************* from Veritas came to do a structural inspection at our home due to some concerns. **************** was unable to do a complete inspection because it was neccessary for us to have a part of a wall removed so that he could inspect what was behind it. At that time he was given a check for $600.00 He was to email us an invoice. That he did not do.We had someone else come and open up the wall. 9/21/22 ********************* returned to complete his inspection. He told us his findings and promised a report of his findings with reccommendations on how we should proceed. He was to give a list of reccommended contractors that would be able to help us, as well as a final invoice. We were to receive those in 3-4 days. As of this complaint, we have never received any of those things. Repeated phone calls and an email sent to his partner, ***************************, have been of no help; just excuses were given for the delay. After the 2nd phone call he stopped returning calls. We gave **************** every opportunity to fulfill his duty before contacting you.
