    On 06/28/2024 I paid $7250 in the form of a $250 charge via credit card and a $7000 check to National Powersports Distributors for a motorcycle that cost $7029.92 including taxes and fees. The $250 was a down payment that I made over the phone. The $7000 was a check I had previously gotten from the bank knowing that the final cost would be in that ballpark. When I picked the motorcycle up the assistant manager Stuart told me he did not have the authority to give me a check for the $220.08 that I was owed but he promised it would come in the mail no later than the following week. I have called and messaged them numerous times, speaking to the salesman and manager. Each time I called they agreed that I should get my money and told me it would be sent in the mail as soon as possible. They also filed for a $250 military rebate from ******** in my name which I have not received. This brings the final amount of owed money to $470.08.
