    We hired Angelo's Southern tier spray foam to install 2 in of closed cell spray foam on our master bedroom ceiling. Russ came sprayed the spray foam on our ceiling and said we could not go up there for an hour so we paid him and he left. Immediately after the hour was up we went upstairs to check out his work and there was several spots that he missed throughout the ceiling and the entire ceiling only has a thin layer of spray foam, not the average of 2 in as the contract stated. I sent him several pictures. He admitted that the work he did was not up to par and he was willing to come back out and fix it but it has now been almost 3 months and he has still not came out to fix the work. He eventually told us he is not coming to fix it and to hire somebody else and after we pay them, he "might pay half the bill" this is unacceptable to us and we would like a full refund. Since we have had two other companies come out, they both told us that his work is unacceptable and either needs to be all removed and resprayed or we need to seal the whole ceiling with kilz paint so they can spray over it with additional spray foam. The reason it needs to be all sealed with kilz is because the spray foam he uses is very low quality and can create a chemical reaction with other spray foams. We would like a full refund for the work that he did not complete sense for us to fix the ceiling will cost us significantly more than we originally paid him.
