    P&E services/ Edward came to my property at 4:00 p.m. after doing another job in the area. P&E services/Edward did not make a special trip to my property to do the layout. They drew a circle of the 24ft round pool layout with orange spray paint.  They gave my wife a receipt and said they would be back the next day to start the job, they were in and out within 30 minutes. $392.50 is not fair at all I would be willing to accept $700. That should cover the can of spray paint and their 30 minutes of time. I was told I needed to order additional parts which I did, and I was still told by P&E services/ Edward that they would be coming to install the pool on numerous days time and time again. I gave P&E services/Edward plenty of time to install the pool. P&E services/ Edward knew when my permit was going to expire. They never came back to start the job when hired in August of 2022 nor did they come in 2023. P&E services/Edward also agreed to give me a full refund on 06/05/23 when he stated the cashier's check was in the mail prior to filing the complaint with the BBB. Then as usual P&E services did not come through as promised.  

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

    Response taken by phone:  It was a used pool.  We wnet out, did the layout and were ready to install when we discovered he needed to order new parts. There were critical components missing.   In the spring he decided not to go ahead with the install because his permit expired.  He put half down and were prepared to install it.  I will be willing to refund 1/2 of what her paid but I must take payment for our time and expenses.

    He was not even home when were there.   We were there for much longer than that.  There were parts everywhere and we went through them all, to make one complete pool.  I have pictures of the disarray of parts throughout the yard.  We made a list of what they needed to order in order for us to complete the install.  As stated I am more than willing to refund he $392.50 to cover our time.   If he wants more than that we can go to court.
