The employees at the drink stand in the back middle of the venue are extremely dishonest. I purchased two drinks that were $16 each. This is super expensive to begin with. It turns out that the girls are adding a tip without your consent and each 16 dollar drink I was charged 20.74. I found this out after my friends husband got the same drink at another stand for my friend and said his was cheaper there. I asked the girls about this and they said it was just the taxes which it was not. The one girl then proceeded to say that I signed for it which I did not. The other girl said could not look up purchase without receipt or exact time of purchase. I was not given a receipt. I contacted Darien lake and was told can do nothing without a receipt. So beware they are overcharging customers. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I'd like to say I'm truly disgusted with all the concert employees who sat on the driveable carts, and did nothing while a handicapped man had fallen out of his wheel chair just outside the gates to leave the *********/***** **** concert.
He has his people helping him, but they clearly needed help. The workers on the carts refused help. Also a bald head sheriff on duty too, refused to help. Myself, my family and friends, helped get him back into his chair. His legs were literlaly stuck under the chair. The workers sat on their carts and stared.
The man had another issue which we asked the people on the carts for napkins, sanitizer or anything to help. Including the bald sheriff, who again did nothing. (Tell me what sheriff car has no gloves, or anything in emergency typw situations) Finally after 10 mins a cart comes from a distance with a towel to help us.
It' truly sad to see a sheriff let alone Many Many darien lake employee's watch this paralyzed man who needed help, sit that way while they looked on like it was entertaining. Any of you should be digusted in yourselves. I pray you're never in charge of someone in need if help!!!!
