    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ************ is now Pro Electronics, with the same website as before: *********************************** I have a complaint similar to the one of the customers below. *** took my payment of over $1,300 and for months now have said the controller would be delivered, but it never arrived at my office. Below is an example of their "friendly" response. The shipping tracking number has yet to arrive. None of their phone numbers work. This is a fraudulent company. From EGI: "It was a pleasure talking to you on the phone today and thank you for your order of the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 controller. Attached to this email, please find your paid invoice XXXXXX and AMEX payment receipt. Your order will ship in just a few days via *** and be delivered to your address in ******************. Once shipped, we will provide you with the shipment tracking number so you can follow it in."

    Excellent company and highly credible. Weve used EGI for several year as our supplier of electronics. Their prices are great and customer support superb! We highly recommend them.

    Same thing, I ordered a pair of QSC K12.2 in March and they haven't arrived. They were back ordered but came in around May but still haven't shipped. No response from anyone. Going to start litigation against them shortly.

    EGI Electronics is the worst ! I paid for speakers in March and have been given the run around for almost six months. When i was able to speak with a representative, they would tell me my speakers are in customs and they will recall me back with a status and they never do. Now I call and immediately get the answering machine and they never respond to my emails or messages. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this company. I think they are fraudulent and now I have to contact my credit credit card company to dispute the charges since they won't respond!
