    The business owner emailed ********** of my entire organization and threatened legal action. They in turn are forcing me to remove all complaints.  So, I am forced to remove the complaint under duress.  Complaint ID ********.

    Ordered a cable from cables.com toward the end of June. July 3rd $50.44 was deducted from my bank account but never received an e-mail confirmation on my order. Waited a few days and decided to call on the 7th and a lady with a Long-Island accent answer the phone and assured me that it was an issue with their system not communicating correctly and if I verbally gave her the ok, shed make sure it got shipped out that same day. Again I waited and no email confirmation by the close of business. I emailed them a couple times trying to figure out whats going on but no response. I called on the 11th and spoke with a male who declared that the real reason it wasnt shipped out yet was due to the cable being out of stock. I asked if thats true then why Im didnt it say that or low stock on their website and he stated that he website isnt updated and accurate. He offered to contact another warehouse in ********** to see if they had the cable and would contact me back. Due to myself about to be in a meeting at a ******************* in ***********, I asked him to text me what he found out instead and Id make my decision on what to do. Needless to say, I never received any form of communication from their business.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have not seen a response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  However, I did decide to call again after I had filled the complaint through BBB and managed to get someone who immediately knew who I was and why I was calling. She informed me that my $50.44 would be returned into the account from which I paid them. I received my refund in full on July 13th. This matter has been resolved.
