    I made an order with this company on December 15, 2022. I got expedited shipping and they already processed and took out the payment from my bank. Still no product shipping tracking number. Did I get scammed? Order number *********

    FYI** I wrote this to the *** and still no response!Hello,I placed an order on December 6th. I received my order on December 16th. I placed an order for a Dior Set which includes the perfume, lotion, and body wash. I only received the perfume. This was going to be a gift for my two daughters. I don't understand that if I place an order for an item, the companyshouldbe able to rectify this. This company does not have a working phone because an error messagecomes up that says system error 21. I have called countless times and sent over a dozen emails. I ask that you please look into this matter. I also see that 99% of people are saying the "EXACT" same thing. No response to emails, no one answers the phone!! This is beyond ridiculous. How do you have a company that doesn't answer their phones and doesn't respond to customers' complaints? I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing anything off this website. Put yourself in the customer's shoes. It is WRONG to treat us like this!!! I ask that you research my email and my order number and then you can comprehend why I am beyond livid. I will have no other choice to file a complaint with the BBB and my bank if this matter isn't resolved asap.Sincerely,********************* ************

    Bought a bunch of items for Christmas gifts on 12/11/22. Get an email a week later on 12/18/22 saying my order is in the warehouse and delayed. I email them asking what items are delayed and if they can ship whats in stock. I receive a response of we cannot remove items from the order. I replied and said they didnt answer my question as to whats delayed and if they could ********* what was currently in stock right now so they dont ruin all my gifting since its almost Christmas. I get an email this morning saying per my request that they cancelled my order!!!! WTF. I NEVER requested that. Just wanted what items were available and the rest sent later. Now I have to go run around town and find new gifts. Theyve cost me a lot of time and stress. Will never purchase a thing from them ever again

    I ordered "Y" for $89 from fragrance.net. They said free express shipping over $59, in 1-3 days. It is order#*********. Since my credit card payment they received & order they received, I have had no word whatsoever on shipment. No tracking#. The customer service number recording says service error. I cannot talk to anyone about it. This was a Xmas present! The only email in the beginning said it was in the warehouse. I want a refund but they say they can't give one. Why not? They took my money! I'm a seriously ill senior on a fixed *********** money is precious to me. I just want my money back so that I can deal with a legit company, not scammers!

    Transaction placed on 12/9/22. Email Information sent however it shows it has been in ******* since Tuesday 12/13/22 with no movement. I fear it is lost. My complaint is they do not answer their phones during business hours for me to follow up on this. I tried all day Friday 12/16/22. They say to call back during business hours which it is was business hours. I emailed and no response. I says you can chat with them but no platform to do this. Its a Christmas gift and I am fearful I will not receive it and have not been able to speak with anyone. Not great business practices.

    I placed an order on November 25th, 2022 and have yet to receive my order. I checked the order status and the order was received but has not been shipped. There is no tracking information at all. I tried to call and each time the automated message says to call back during normal business hours and then it hangs up on me. I am calling well-within their stated normal business hours. I have sent an email with no response at all as well. I then tried to cancel my order and it says that the request was declined because they could not process my request. They said to call customer service, which I did again and no response at all. I need a refund of $101.75 for Order #********* made by *************************** on November 25th, 2022. The company has made no response to any of my calls or emails. I will never use this company again and will tell anyone to steer clear of them!

    Ordered on fragrancenet.com in December 11, today is ***************** 15 and my order still with the next status order received . I dont understand why they say that your order will be shipped to your home in 3 business days if they cant do that. Im so disappointed, if I knew it I would buy in a physical store!

    I placed an order on November 27,2022. I am still waiting on my order and it looks to be in the area but not delivered. I have tried multiple times to call and have sent many emails with no response. If the order is lost then I would just like my money refunded. The amount of the order was *****. Or another order sent and delivered by Christmas.

    I placed an order on December 8th 2022 and my account was charged for an items I have not received. My order number is *********. I have emailed them and no answer of any kind. I called their 800 number waited for one hour then no answer it is disconnected. I cannot believe they have turned into a shady company. They will answer me no product sent but they got my money
