    Called on 12/24/2024 at 3:07 pm and *** came to my house around 5pm. Was told to pay $199 to have them look at my HVAC unit which would include an estimate and would be applied to work if I choose them. Needed unit ***laced and would get back to me. On 1/6, I called because did not hear anything, they were looking for it. On 1/13, after 2 weeks of not having heat, I still heard nothing and left a message for a refund because I had 2 other companies find the unit so they did not keep their end of the bargain. I got a text back which I thought was rude and it went back and forth so I put a review on their ****** page. Then they started to threaten me with lawsuit, posted my personal information including full name, address, phone # and where I work. They then went on my jobs ****** reviews and posted pictures(which were not part of my unit) and negative things about me which my job had taken down. Everything they said in their response to my review was false which I have documents to prove it. This all happened in January and now in March, they posted a new review on my job's ****** reviews again which they are working on removing. Their intention is to hurt my ***utation or get me fired. This is defamation, an invasion of privacy, and harassment. Do not want to sue but if it continues, I will be forced to.
