    My house is out of heat on November 16, 2022. We ****** it and found this business named A1 mechanical owner name ***********************, they agreed to stop by and assess the problem and gave our a quote which is $1,400 and required **** down payment before the job started. After we Zelle the money, which the appointment supposed to be at 3pm but they never show up until the next day. We called several time to follow up but kept getting saying they are on their way but never show up. Upon they arrived they changed the parts and saying its the wrong part will return next day morning to fix it again. Which they did not show ** in the morning after another several calls they came in Friday at 10am. Changed the parts but still not working now saying there is more to it and ask for more money to fix the problem. Now causing not just no heat, but no hot water as well. I called the owner ******, since you can not fix the problem I need my money back, but the owner refused to return the money. Im asking for assistance to get back my money.
