    I placed an order with this company on 2-19-23. They charged my card immediately for the $93 dollars and sent me an email confirming my order saying I'd get another email when it was shipped. After a week I emailed them asking about my order. No response. Over the past 10 days I've emailed them several times to multiple different emails and called their number which only takes voicemails. I've gotten no response and my order has not been shipped. I of course have records of everyone of my emails and phone calls to them. Including emails to their CEO *********************** At this point I just want a refund. I will not be at the shipping address much longer so if it's not already shipped it's likely going to be too late.

    Order #**** was placed on 9.4.22. On 9.13.22, I emailed the company because it was not received. On 9.16.22, I received an email from the company saying that the delay was caused by supply shortage & that it would ship that week. I received an email stated that it shipped, but the tracking information shows that a label was created & nothing else **** tracking number: ******************). The label was never scanned, which means it was never picked up. I left a review on the companys website on ****** advising that my order was never received. The company removed the review, which shows they dont care about honesty & transparency as they claim. I emailed again on ****, ****, ****, & ****. I called on ****. I sent ************************ an inquiry through their website. I received a response with no resolution on ****. I still dont have the order I paid for.

    Hello

     

    Our company prints our labels for orders and then sends them to our 3PL warehouse that manually picks orders. This order as seen in tracking has been picked up by *** and delivered. This claim doesn't represent the events that happen.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The order was delivered. However, it was not shipped until 10.20.22. 

    The label was created on 9.16.22, but the package did not ship until 10.20.22. The cold packs were still frozen. If the package was lost by *** as claimed by the company fir over a month, the would have been melted & the product destroyed. Also if *** had picked up the package in September, there would be record of that & the same tracking number would not be valid. 

    The company is using the same deceitful smoke & mirrors with you that it used with me. The company has zero integrity & shows its customers zero respect especially when the customers push back & do not accept their illogical lies. 

    They also remove all negative reviews from their website. Both of mine have been reviewed. Several others that also mentioned they never received theirs orders. This is further proof of the companys lack of integrity & deceptive business practices.
