    My husband has a long-standing relationship with the C***** family, which led us to hire them for a comprehensive painting job, including the downstairs, stairwell, and hallway. The contract covered labor and materials, except for wall and trim paint, which we supplied. While Mike and Diane made some repairs, the overall painting quality was subpar. Areas like cabinets, floors, vents, and stairs were poorly primed, and only one coat of paint was applied, despite Mike’s assurance that primer alone would suffice.
    After reviewing the work, we found noticeable imperfections like patches, drips, and uneven cut lines. The single coat was inadequate and required a second. Despite paying 75% upfront, the work was incomplete and delayed. When we raised concerns, Mike dismissed them, offering minimal resolution. He also refused to provide a second coat or address the issues properly.
    After requesting a partial refund, Mike sent an unreasonable “itemized” list weeks later, including mileage charges that were never agreed upon. He repeatedly ignored my calls and communicated only with my husband, refusing to engage with me directly. In short, Mike’s handling of the project was unprofessional. I would recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service.

    Great job insulating, sheetrocking, painting, and trimming a bedroom, and framing and adding a new closet door. Best room in the house now. Highly recommend them.
