    Business Response

    Date: 11/25/2024

I'm writing in response to your letter dated October 22, 2024. (Enclosed herein)
Mr. ******** work, as outlined in the enclosed quote, was completed on May 19th, 2024 exactly as
outlined. Mr. ******* was advised of the care required to promote seed germination and the ongoing
care required to maintain a healthy, esthetically pleasing lawn. The day following completion of work I
returned to Mr *******'s house to retrieve a tool. Upon arrival, Mr *******'s sprinklers were running
and the lawn completed saturated to the extent that, when walking on the lawn my feet sunk a good 4"
into the ground. As a result of this excessive watering, the vast majority of the seed ran down the
sloped front lawn. I advised Mr. ******* of his overwatering several times during our subsequent
conversations. Although this issue was certainly not of my doing, I offered to overseed for him in the
Spring of 2025. He responded by stating, "thank you, that's fair".
Please know that we install numerous lawns throughout any given season and do so with very good
success. I pride myself on communication, responsiveness and customer satisfaction, as my nearly 5
star **** rating over the last 10 years signifies. Unfortunately, a new lawn requires the homeowner
being responsible and diligent about the watering regiment we outline.
I have also provided my response to Mr ****** following his **** complaint. (See below).

As discussed several times over the last couple of months, you completely overwatered the new lawn
to the extent that most of the seed washed out. Just to recap, I stopped out at your home the day after
the job was completed to retrieve one of my tools. The lawn was so saturated that my feet sunk a good
4" into the new soil. I informed you of this when we spoke. We did everything as outlined in the quote
and left you with specific watering instructions to promote seed germination and long term success.
These instructions were clearly not followed. In the spirit of good customer relations, I offered to
overseed for you in the Spring. Your exact reply was "thank you, that's fairf! Now, several weeks after
our conversation, you write a review attacking my responsiveness, communication, quality of work, etc.
Please know that I pride myself on good communication, responsiveness, and quality of work for each
    and every customer. Thank you!
