I’ve had this device in my car for almost a year now….. 4 replaced breathylzer devices from them breaking and dying out & my car is currently getting ANOTHER logger unit replaced due to a fuse… FIRST ONE was installed April 2024, fuse blew in November 2024 replaced and now it’s March 2025 getting a new one and losing out on driving and work. NO it had nothing to do with my car it started up fine everytime….. the device always ***** out. I pay them the money I do and I’ve been patient but this can’t keep going with a machine you give to people that doesn’t work??? I can’t afford to switch to another company so jokes on me, but I want this to be done. And all they say is SORRY FOR THAT. They only care for the money , not that you can’t drive your car cause you drank & failed NO — the whole unit **** the bed and you can’t drive ANYWHERE , get it towed and lose out on work & money!

Customer contracted with our company3/26/24. She reported device issues in October of the same year. Replacement device was sent. When original device returned it had a broken device connector which caused device to have power issues. Device did not have this condition when installed. She again reported power issues in December. We sent replacement equipment. When the installed device was returned it too had a broken connector which caused her power issues. She has now reported another power issue in March. Replacement equipment sent and when the installed equipment was returned, it also had a broken connector. Before replacement equipment is sent out, it is thoroughly tested to ensure it is sound and working properly, When installed, the equipment is examined by the service center to ensure it is in good working condition after the install.
This customer is damaging the equipment by not using properly. She is twisting the device connector when removing the device to take it into the house instead of disconnecting it as shown in our User Manual. Her issues are being caused by user error. All equipment sent to her was in good working condition when sent. The connectors have been replaced on all returned equipment and the devices are working in other customer vehicles without any other repairs. There were no fuse issues, nor internal device malfunctions.

I just received an invoice stating that I had blew a 0.025 on February 28 and that a $55.00 fee would be added to the account. Unbelievable. This is my first time to have a device in my car for a mistake that I had made after having my first drink ever at the age of 35 years old. I had called sen-o-lock of America and explain to them that there is something wrong with your device or they was just making stuff up to get extra money out of me. I don’t wear cologne, or anything that contains to alcohol due to me having sensitive skin. No one doesn’t be in my vehicle and I don’t associate with anyone that consumes alcoholic beverages. Sen o lock of America is a complete scam that needs to be investigated immediately. Last but not lease she told me that it was maybe the food that I had ate…..unbelievable. I don’t cook with any alcoholic beverages in my food….

Be afraid, be very afraid of this company and their staff. They just not ashamed to commit 'an open road robbery ' to collect more money from you. I went for the scheduled device service, and after completion, the device stopped working. Spend 2 hours at the shop, took **** home and then back to the shop after new device was installed. Next I received $95 bill from sens-o-lock!! They claimed I broke it!! And they charged my ccard, because they feel they can. ******** ******* accepted my dispute but the company send me separate bill for $145 and suspended my account. (But still charging monthly rental fee). This people should not be allowed to operate any business ever. They should be in jail

******, we understand your frustration but the situation you describe is not a result of anything my company did that should in any way cause anyone to "be very afraid." That's being very dramatic. As you were informed, the $95 repair fee was a result of damage to the head unit connector (used to attach the cable to the head unit), thereby breaking the connector and severing the internal power wires leaving the unit without power and in need of repair. Much like if the power cord to a lamp is cut, the lamp will not work. The damage likely occurred when you loosened the braided ring nut to detach the head unit from the cable to bring it into the shop for the DMV required service. The service center does not use this connector to perform the service therefore it occurred when the unit was removed from the vehicle. The charge of $140 is comprised of a $95 repair bill and $45 to cover the chargeback fee from the cc company. We are disputing the chargeback and we have provided pictures of the broken connector along with the lease agreement in which you accept financial responsibility for damage caused to the equipment while in your possession. Now, if you're suggesting the service center removed the device from the vehicle and caused the damage, we will need a signed document from the Passaic service center stating they removed the unit from the vehicle and caused the damage. In that case the $95 repair fee will be waived, otherwise, the charges are valid and your account remains suspended pending payment

Sense- o-lock is the ONLY interlock that I can use and believe me I have tried all of them, lifesafer, intoxalock and low cost and can't use them. They require you to hum and blow at the same time or blow in and suck back out. Ugh I have spend at least 2000 on these interlocks and the only one was SENSE-O-LOCK. It a straight blow for a few seconds and your on your way. Also, the customer service is by far the best. I don't wait on hold for hours either. Laura, Rebecca and even the president has returned my call. It less expensive then the others as well. So what not to like!!
In my opinion it's the only INTERLOCK to get!!!! **
