      Myself and my Adult daughter signed up at St Croix Tan in Latham New York January 2022. We then canceled our memberships February 22, 2022 (in person and also by telephone- which is what the young girl who is working instructed us to do) as we only wanted to tan for one month to prepare for a Caribbean vacation. We did not sign any contracts and did not receive any emails from this business. Since February my charge card has been charged for both my daughter and myself from April 2022 to September 2022 totaling approximately $623. **** Tan did take over all or most of St Croix Tan businesses. Recently I did go to one in Albany New York who was very helpful. I had to show both of our drivers license in order to cancel again our membership. My daughter and I have not utilized any of their services since February 2022. I have spoken to a **** Tan customer service representative who is very sympathetic but unable to help. All correspondence to **** Tan now is through email to customer care. I have provided all of our documentation to them and their latest responses that they will not be refunding me my money in a very snotty/ unprofessional manner It is my opinion that this is their fault for poor training and business knowledge of their staff at St Croix Tan

      St Croix Tan Latham closed it's doors permanently in May 2022, they had been telling members a new salon would be taking over in the same location and they were closing for one day to put new computer systems in. They never reopened, there is no new salon in its place, there is zero way to contact St Croix. In the meantime, I have now been charged 2 additional times by them, St Croix Tan, which no longer exists. Now I am being harrassed by **** Tan saying I haven't paid my membership. This is supposedly who St Croix sold to, however, the billing that I was charged on 8/1/22 was still in St Croix's name, not **** Tan. I have no way to cancel, I am not a member on **** Tan's site, even the pay link they texted me didn't work because I am no a member there. This is beyond ridiculous and I see it's happening to other former members. It's one thing to close without notice and take money from unused days that were paid, it's a totally different story to keep taking hard earned money from loyal customers when you have shut down your establishment. Absolutely ridiculous and causing me much unneeded stress and turmoil. Please do something. This is completely ludicrous business practice.

      The business, St. Croix Tan, closed their doors back in April/May 2022 and sold to **** Tan. However, St. Croix continues to withdraw the monthly fee of $56.88 out of my account. My bank has refunded & tried to stop the monthly withdrawals, but St Croix continues to do so. I don’t even know HOW since they closed their doors … and NO ONE responds from either St Croix or **** Tan. This is illegal to take $$$ for no services provided.

      The business closed their doors on 5/19 due to selling to Zoom Tan and never notified it's customers of the closing. Left no contact information, yet the St. Croix keeps charging my credit card monthly for about $57. I have tried finding a way to contact but had to put a stop payment by having to go through my credit card company.

      St Croix closed! I haven't been a member in a year and they are taking money from my checking account! Transaction date July 1,2022. I've tried to contact them and there is no way to contact them!
