    *********** treatment was started, but dentist has canceled my appointment and didn't notify me ahead of time. I spoke with the office manager who told me the Dr N*** refuses to see me due to personal reasons. While I had finished the initial 10 trays of **********, the dentist refused to finish the refinement stage of my "comprehensive orthodontic treatment". The office manager sent me a check to cover the retainers, but I still wanted my refinements done. If I go to a new dentist, there will be an additional cost for treatment I had already paid for in full with Dr N*** at Affable Care Dental. I either want Dr N*** to finish the job or give a full refund so I can have the work done elsewhere. I asked for him to call, but he refuses to speak to me.

    Mrs. ******** ******* complaint is very disingenuous. Mrs. ******* is a former employee to whom professional courtesy was given. Mrs. ******* paid for lab fee of $1900.00 and $400 for the orthodontic retainer after treatment would be completed. The cost of ********** Orthodontic treatment for her case would be $5400 and $600 for the retainers. My examination of Mrs. ******* prior to her leaving the practice did show that she needed refinement. Mrs. ******* also realized that her treatment was completed because she took all her remaining orthodontic records when she left.

    She had an appointment with me to take impressions for her retainers. Mrs. ******* had been very disruptive and created a toxic environment in my practice. I had lost 2 new employees as a result of Mrs. ******* gossip and misinformation. I refunded her the cost of the orthodontic retainers because I do not trust Mrs. ******* around my new employees. Mrs. ******* went as far as assassinating my character on ******. She even had some of her friends who have never been in my practice post scathing reviews of my practice on ******.

    In conclusion, Mrs. ******* can have impression for retainers done at the present practice where she works. If she needs further refinement, she needs to pay for that. To reiterate, my treatment was professional  courtesy. I did not receive any compensation for her treatment.
