    I received a letter from Robert T Junge, a Farmer's Insurance Agent that I had been turned down for car insurance because of "prior bodily injury limits and credit tier score is not eligible." The issue is that I did not apply to Farmers for insurance and my credit score is fine and I have had NY State required bodily injury limits. The letter is a misrepresentation, and, as such, comes across as fraud. Did someone try to get insurance in my name? I called the above agency and was told that this was just a form letter that they send out. The operator said that someone else had called earlier this morning with the same issue.
    In today's world of internet safety this misrepresentation is alarming. If I did not apply for insurance from Farmers, I should not be getting letters stating that I do not meet their underwriting guidelines.
