Hello, I hired this company owned by Cody M*****. Mr. M***** took my money, plowed once but not my entire driveway. He claimed he can't get close to my house, doorway. This is false. You'll be able to view in picture I sent. His contract says within 2 feet of the home. He left a very large portion of my driveway unplowed and I have pictures. Over a 12' x 12' section. I repeatedly requested for him to come back and complete plowing. He refuses and stated he will not be plowing the area so I cannot safely get into my home. He also stated, he will not be returning to plow and refuses to refund my money. Mr. M***** is taking advantage of a senior citizen on a limited income.
Mr. M***** has also refused to supply me with his business license and proof of insurance.

On July 11, 2022 I paid $500.00 for seasonal snowplowing. This is the first time I used this company. On December 19, 2022 I paid an additional fee for snowplowing of $208.00 for the November storm. I had an issue with the November invoice. It was my error as his contract stated it started on December 1. I asked if at all possible to have my contract run from November 18 through March 18 as I am retired and that additional money is a hardship. His original November invoice was for $260.00 and he lowered it to $208.00. With the Christmas season approaching I again left a voicemail and a text asking about the possible change in the schedule or I will pay the invoice in January. On December 17 he plowed my driveway at 9:30 PM. When I awoke on December 18 I had another eight inches of snow. I text him and said I need my driveway plowed. He never showed. Two hours later my niece had to go to work and she was stuck in the driveway. I had two neighbors and a friend along with myself shoveling the driveway. The next day he took offense because he said he came and I knew he did not. He suggested giving me a time stamp. I said fine. I have witnesses to verify that he did not show to plow my driveway. Later that day he advised that he is terminating me because I did not pay his November invoice even though I paid $500 for a season, he wasn't going to plow my driveway. I then paid the invoice on December 19 and advised him of that. I was still terminated and I asked that he refund $300.00 since he was paid $208.00 for November and I am giving him $200 for nothing from my $500. He refuses to give me a refund. He says he deserves all that money. I don't know if you can help me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  However this business tried to sue myself and several other people. The court dismissed the case and you may now close this complaint. I will never do business with this person ever again.
