      I had 2 kitchen windows replaced at the end of November. Since the installation there is a draft coming from both windows, which was not present with our old windows. We contacted the company and a gentleman was to come out the following day. Needless to say the gentleman did not come out to service or contact us. Numerous calls have been made. With no response by the service department to return our phone calls. Please assist us if you can.

      Our experience with Window World was positive as always. This is the third house we've had windows installed by them. Brett was our salesman and our installer he was great very knowledgeable. Windows were fairly priced and installed when promised I highly recommend them

      This company is terrible. Ordered windows and a storm door from them May 2022…was supposed to be installed by September of 2022 but i am writing this in July of 2023 and only my windows at this point have been installed. My storm door has been lost so i had to wait…then they had the door but it was the wrong size so here i am waiting again. Don’t even try to get ahold of there “supposed” supervisors/managers Jamie and Scott…have left messages and voicemails many times with not even 1 return call from them. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more with another company because Window World is a joke

      This company is a nightmare. In July 2021 Window world of Jamestown came to measure for 2 replacement windows for my basement. I paid the deposit the same day. After many, many excuses they were finally installed in December 2021. After a heavy rain, one of the windows started leaking and the water ran down my walls and onto my basement floor. I called the office in Falconer NY and was told they would send someone the next day. No one showed up. Thats when the nightmare really started. I called and called and called and left messages each time, but it seems Jackie the office girl is ALWAYS on another line or busy with a customer. I drove to the office to find the door locked and when Jackie let me in, I was treated with attitude, which I admit, I gave back. I then talked to Jamie from Buffalo who asked for pictures. I sent them the same day. I was told that when he was in the area, he would stop by. I am still waiting and waiting. I believe this was a poor and hurried instillation. They have my money, and I am left with leaky window and wet basement floor. I wanted to hire a local company. I made a big mistake. Run away from window world.

      In June 2022 Skip G from Window World came to my home to measure for 4 replacement windows. I paid my deposit - which quickly cleared - and was told that the windows would installed in early October 2022. It is now late November and no windows. I have called their local number 4 separate times - no call back. I have called the salesperson - no call back. I stopped by their local showroom - despite the supposed posted hours - doors locked solid. The cheery voice on the voice mail says "Window World - Simply the Best" - I would strongly debate that. I called the corporate office and complained - was told that someone would get back to me - no response - seems to be a company wide experience. I have had **** ***** in the past install windows and doors - while that too was a nightmare at least there is a local store that you can go to try and resolve issues. Window World is a non entity - no one home. Walk away from Window World - no run away - find a local contractor.

      Got windows and doors installed, over $11,000 in work. Our patio door keeps having the end cap snap off, they came to try and fix it with a little glue, of course it didn't solve the problem. One of our patio doors won't lock. I've called several times over the past month and a half, left voicemails, no return calls.

      This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No show, no call, over 2 years trying to get service and replacements. I spoken with nearly all of their office staff and no one has been able to offer any help in resolving this matter.

      Our customer service rep tried to reschedule her but the customer hung up on her. We will have the installation/service manager call within 48 hours to schedule another appointment

      Review no stars. Can't even follow through with a scheduled appointment for an estimate. 9 am for time... no show.. called again at 10:30.. still no show.. cancelled.. Customer service and impression not good. I won't be receiving windows from this company.

      We apologize that our salesman did not follow through with appointment. Our notes do indicated customer was upset and was going to call reschedule with someone else at some point. We regret that this did not happen.
