    Gave him a deposit of $27,500 to install septic system, install well, pour foundation for our new home, run power for home site….never showed up again and never refunded full amount of money…will not reply back to me. This occurred March 2021

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business has mailed three separate checks in the amount of $5,000 each. One check has been deposited as per their instructions but the other two checks I am waiting on when the contractor “allows” me to deposit them. I will notify the BBB when all checks have been deposited and cleared my bank account. After that point I will consider this matter closed and rectified.
