I had my garage floor done by Mike 7 years ago. My contract states the work has a lifetime guarantee. We had Mike come to the house to look at the floor last year due to a small hole and what appeared to be an obvious cracking. He came out and did look at it but did nothing. This year the floor has really deteriorated. The holes are now several and getting worse everyday. I called Mike several times and when he finally returned my call he started screaming at me that everyone keeps calling him and his wife is sick and he doesn't know what people want him to do. I replied that I was sorry to hear about his wife and that I was just trying to reach him to get my floor fixed as per my contract. Although I remained very calm throughout our call he was very abusive over the phone with raising his voice the entire conversation and out of control swearing. He told me that he is no longer in business, he sold all his stuff, his wife is dying and that he is not doing anything for me and that I should be happy that I got 7 years out of the floor. He said I got my moneys worth and I should not be bothering him. At one point he also tried to blame me saying I should have sealed the floor, however my contract states not to reseal until 7 - 10 years. Please see the attached photo and beware if choosing this company to do any work for you. I did see another post in which someone else's floor looked exactly like the damage to mine in which Mike replied to the review that it was a non legitimate post from a competitor jealous that he was taking business away from them. Please be advised that this review is a personal review of the work Mike did at my home.

Very happy with Mike. He sanded down my old stamped concreate patio and front porch and fixed all the old cracks. Then laid the new epoxy floor. Couldn't have been happier with the work and was surprisingly inexpensive for the amount of work that he had to do. Would highly recommend.
