    I paid Gabriel Lines $ 2,000 to tear out our old municiple sidewalk and put in a new 125 foot sidewalk. I also paid Gabriel $ 2,000 to pour two additional sidewalks in our front yard near the porch, and he has not done one thing to complete his performance. In addition, Gabriel, was supposed to pour a 32 foot by 6 foot concrete pad in between my house and garage. In lieu of him pouring this additiional concrete pad, I offered to gim him all of the sidewalk bricks from one of my sidewalks--Gabrield took the bricks, but never poured the concrete pad and as a result I would like the sidewalk bricks returned. I have called him on his cell phone and left messages, I have texted Gabriel, and even sent a Certified Return Requested letter, but he refuses to contact me and he refused to come do the work. He did such a poor, POOR job pouring the concrete slab for my garage that at this point I don't EVER want him doing work for me again. I would like my $ 4,000 returned, PLUS interest if I am entitled as well as the sidewalk bricks
