  If you are in the **, **, **, or ** stay away from We Come to You Home Cleaning. The owner is a very ignorant and abhorrent person with no etiquette. I hired them to do move out cleaning at my old house on February 27th. His employee broke the glass fixture for the light on the ceiling fan, threw it away and made absolutely no mention of it. I called the owner **** to let him know, and he said he'll check with her then call me back. I never got a call back so I decided to reach out to PayPal for a resolution. As soon as he gets the notification he calls me screaming that I'm a liar and I just want to con them out of their money. I hang up and he proceeds to text me. I have nothing to lie about. If she said something to me right then and there I would have went straight to ********** and bought the fixture myself and replaced it. Because she said nothing I had no time to fix it myself, now its going to cost me more money because now the landlord has to buy the fixture and pay the maintenance person to go put it in. It would've costed me less than $30 to get the glass myself, but now the landlord is involved and they're going to charge me for the glass and the labor to have someone put the glass in. I've paid for every repair in that house out of my own pocket no matter who did it just so that I can get my deposit back and move on with my life. I haven't even began to complain about how his employee took SIX HOURS to clean a refrigerator a few cabinets and a stove and wipe ONE ceiling fan in an empty house leaving me to have to practically clean the ENTIRE house myself despite clearly stating what I needed done prior to his employee arriving to perform the service. I didn't even ask for a refund or go over in detail how the entire 6 hours was wasted. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for the broken glass.

  This cleaning business is horrendous. They came to clean my apt and left it dirtier than when they came. If the stove top wasnt incorrectly put back together, i would think the stove was untouched. Everything was dirty, there was cooking oil and residue on each burner. The floors were sticky, the coffee table had water stains (not cleaned at all). There was dust and toys/ socks between the couch and the side table (it wasnt moved to clean the floor). There were a few things that fell on the bathroom floor, nothing was picked up. All the mirrors had stains on them. The dining room table was untouched. There was dirt on the floor in every bedroom. Im not sure anything other than the bathtubs were cleaned and the only reason is that it smelled like bleach. I get home after 6pm from work and try to reach out. No answer on text or phone. The owner finally picks up yelling at me! He advises me that business hours are 9-5pm (there was no information on the vm box when calling the business phone number). He proceeds to tell me the world does not revolve around me, curses at me at tells me he can deal with me tomorrow morning. I tell him I am going out of town and will not be available by phone - and he proceeds to yell some more. Stay away from this business if you want your home to actually be cleaned, or deal with normal customer service.

  Trash mouthed business owner. First he booked the service for the wrong time, then one of his cleaners was running 40 mins late (I paid for 2 cleaning persons and a 4 hrs job) the service was horrible at best and the cleaning skills were meh. I reached out to the boss today and his response was to cuss me out on text instead of offering a refund and an apology.
