    I am writing this letter because of my dispute with Plitnick Plumbing for $817.96.I called them because 2 rooms in my home were not receiving heat.I was told that they would come the next day between 2&4 pm they never showed up.I called and was told they would come at 6 pm. They came and said that I needed a new panel.I believed them. They replaced the panel but never stayed long enough to make sure that the heat actually worked.I still had no heat.They sent someone else in the company and he said the problem was misdiagnosed and that I did not need a new panel,I actually need the valve replaced.They replaced the valve but again they left before the heat actually came up.They sent someone for the 3rd time and they said that the 2nd ****** replaced the valve but they never opened it.I still do not have heat in my kitchen. I do not feel I should have to pay for the replacement of the panel since the issue was misdiagnosed and I did not need a new one in the first place.I told them I would be happy to pay for the valve even though I still do not have heat in my kitchen.I just want to be done with this.Replacing the valve is about 25% of the cost of replacing an entire panel (which even one of their workers said I did not need).On top of it they charged me for after hour ********** was after hours was because they did not show up on time.I have called several times with no call back.I spoke to the owner once and he said he would call me back the next day and he never did.I have called several times after that with no call back.I am not denying that the changed the panel.I dont feel I should be responsible for paying for their mistake.They misdiagnosed the problem. If the panel was indeed the problem I would have had heat and they would not have had to come back 2 additional times.I was trying not to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they are a small business but they me no choice.I should not be held responsible for an error that they made

    I used Plitnick after they had talked me into switching from Slomins for oil. I was told the price would be much better for oil, which it unfortunately was not. I have been without a job for sometime so unable to make a payment arrangement of any type at the moment. I did secure employment now and will be starting in December so I can begin paying back then. However, over ***** was taken out of my account today ,11/21 right before the holiday, and has left me with little to nothing in my bank account. The company has my card number from past transactions, but I did not authorize this payment to come out, nor did I sign any paperwork stating they could do this. Times are hard for people right now, and to basically steal money from someone's account without their permission is illegal. I need that money to be returned to my account .
