    Poor customer service. I received a product that was not the right fit and instead of calling me about this, the manufacturer changed my order. First of all, they should have called to notify because they should have sent something different than what they did. My issue is not so much with the 3rd party manufacturer but with ***************** They have poor customer service and the returns person was very rude and did not listen to me because what I was trying to relay was very logical. This person made me out to be the bad guy in this situation and even threatened to hang up on me. Come on ****************, this is not the way to deal with customers. Your company needs better training on customer service and how to speak with people and the person I spoke with needs to find a new profession that does not deal with people.

    Poor customer service.
    I had to email twice to get a response.
    And no military discount.
    I don’t care that much about the military discount. But the lack of customer service and needing to follow up twice doesn’t really instill that they will actually follow up on the warranty of their products if there are any problems.

    We apologize! The first email was sent to us on a Saturday. Our Customer Service hours are on Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Our staff member that received this email was off on Monday and did not set their out of office reply message to reset expectations. We have retrained all staff to complete this task when know absences occur. The email was responded to on Tuesday when the staff member was back in the office.
