    $33.00
The owner promised to provide an Owner’s Manual for a ************ ****** Typewriter.
The owner has deposited a check I wrote for $33.00 more than a month ago. I have not received the manual, confirmation of the order, or, even, simple correspondence from anyone at the business.
I have reached out to the business and the owner; however, they have not responded at all.
There were no order/tracking numbers. The check was #**** from my checking account. I have attached screenshots of the deposit confirmation of check #****.

I mailed my typewriter to this co. for repair. When it was returned appx two month thereafter the machine started to malfunction. However I was still under warranty. So I returned it to this co for further repair. It's now been approx: 6 months. My family has continued to call, text, voice mail etc. However their is no responces. This is my complaint to your org. I'm enclosing all of the necessary documents for your review and processing. Also, please review cover letter attached to the customer complaint form. Which further details my complaint. PS: If there is any additional information or fair settlement agreement from the company that you feel I should know please contact me or my family member. Mr **** **** ####-###-#### at your earliest.

When I repaired Mr. ***'s Word Processing Typewriter last December, I typed the guarantee on the bottom of his invoice. It states "ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE on all installed parts."  for the repair of dead key-buttons. Then about two months an entirely new problem developes in  a print-out automatic printing from a stored document file. In the printout, suddenly all text turns into gibberish. This new breakdown is what Mr. *** wants me to fix "under warranty." Also, he wants this entirely new issue "expedited".The cause of this new-issue breakdown is the thirty-year-old
original-factory printwheel motor.  Recently, I just received my months-old back-orderd new printwheel motors.  I installed a new print wheel motor into Mr. ***'s machine and everything operates perfectly again. Mr. **** was notified, in writing, on the top of his last
repair order about the COVID pandemic causing months-long delays in parts manufacturing and delivery. The repair cost for this entirely-new breakdown is as follows. New motor-$68.00, Labor $65.00, Sturdy Box, packing materials and shipping-$40.00 for a Grand Total of $173.00. This above "guarantee/warranty issue is similar to a person getting a "brake job" on a vehicle and months later the transmission in the vehicle develops a breakdown. My guarantee could not cover every part on the above machine just because I previously replaced a knob, cover hinge and key- button contactors. Very truly yours,  Robert Will
