    We ordered doors from ***************** on April 1 2022. Due to COVID it was explained to us that the outside date for our install would be July 23, 2022. We followed up multiple times after receiving no update or communication from the company by the week of July 23. Subsequent calls and emails went unanswered. It is common knowledge that delays are to be expected with COVID, but what is not common nor good business practice is to halt all communication with your customers when you are holding their money indefinitely. ***** & ************************* are refusing to install our doors even though they have arrived on Long Island. Their reason is we have called too much. ***** actually told ** yesterday that we are not his only customers. I would strongly recommend that nobody else do business with this company who shows no respect for their customers. They are not BBB accredited.
